  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available delivery options.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and applicable shipping rules.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Tracking ID / AWB Number (where applicable)

6. Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Delivery Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • PIN Code

Jaya Educational Publications is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
