All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns of books once an order has been placed and delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong book
• Accidental purchases
• No longer requiring the product

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our order processing begins immediately to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged book during transit, or
• An incorrect book different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the package and the product
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if the issue is found to be genuine. This does not constitute a return or refund policy.
